Spot Kick: Shootout Striker is built on a single promise — the game does not collect, store, or share any of your data. Everything happens on your device, and nothing leaves it.
We collect nothing. No accounts, no names, no email addresses, no phone numbers, no location. We never ask you to sign in or request access to your contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. The only information the game touches — your corners, your timing, your streaks, your per-corner conversion rates — is created by you, on your device, and stays there.
Because we don't collect anything, there's nothing for us to use, read, analyze, profile, or sell. We build no advertising profiles, track you across no other apps, and keep no dashboard with your name on it. Targeting, the power meter, the adaptive keeper, the stat tracking — it all runs entirely on your phone.
Your gameplay history lives in your device's local storage and nowhere else. Your best streak, recent runs, and shot accuracy are saved so the game can show them back to you, but none of it is uploaded, synced, backed up to a server, or sent across the internet. If that data ever leaves your device, it's because you moved it yourself.

Spot Kick is safe for players of every age. Because we gather no personal information from anyone, we gather none from children under 13 either, in keeping with the spirit of COPPA and similar protections. There are no chats, no profiles, and no mechanism for any data to be collected — regardless of who's holding the phone.
You're always in full control. Your stats stay on your device, and you can wipe them at any moment by clearing the app's data or deleting the app — that removes everything, instantly and permanently. There are no cloud backups to chase down and no account to close, because none ever existed.
If this policy ever changes — say, the game adds a feature that works differently — we'll update this page and revise the effective date above. Any future version will hold to the same promise: your data stays yours, and it stays on your device.
